This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit lidoapps.io or use mobile apps owned by LIDO Apps (the "Site").

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as "Device Information".

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns). And we also use the information for advertising purposes.

OUR USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

Our application uses the newest technology of artificial intelligence to analyze two given faces and produce an image of your cute baby. Due to the limited processing resources available on mobile devices, we use a cloud server provided by Replicate to process photographs.

The App only uploads to the cloud the photographs that you specifically select for predicting. Photographs are temporarily cached on the cloud servers during the predicting process. Photographs remain in the cloud for a limited period of 24-48 hours after you have last predicted the photograph, so that you can return to the image and make additional predictions if you so choose. All your photos will be deleted within 48 hours. We do not use the photographs you provide when you use the App for any reason other than to provide you with the baby predicting functionality of the App.

RETENTION OF FACE DATA

Face Data Retention Statement: Face data collected by our app is not retained on our servers beyond the temporary caching period needed for processing. Once the analysis is complete and within the 48-hour window, the face data is permanently deleted from our servers.

Reasons for Retaining Face Data: The temporary retention of face data is solely for the purpose of allowing users to make additional predictions within a short time frame without having to re-upload the photos.

Storage Duration: The face data is stored for a maximum of 48 hours to enable users to revisit and make additional predictions without needing to re-upload photos.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. SHARING FACE DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES

Third Parties: We share face data with Replicate for the purpose of processing the photographs to provide the baby predicting functionality.

Reasons for Sharing Face Data: The sharing of face data with Replicate is necessary to leverage their cloud processing capabilities, which are required due to the limited processing resources available on mobile devices.

Third Party Storage of Face Data: Replicate temporarily stores face data on their servers for the duration of the processing period, which is a maximum of 48 hours.

Third Party Privacy Practices: Replicate follows stringent privacy practices to ensure that face data is used responsibly and deleted once it is no longer required. They store face data for a maximum of 48 hours to enable the processing and allow users to make additional predictions without re-uploading the photos.

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you.
